FivAlerts ("we", "us", or "our") provides a Chrome extension and associated Telegram bot service that delivers Fiverr inbox notifications to users via Telegram. Our website is located at fivalerts.app.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Telegram Chat ID — used to send you notifications. Collected when you start a session with @FivAlertsBot.
• Fiverr Username — scraped from the Fiverr page you have open in Chrome. Used to identify which inbox to monitor.
• Message Previews — a short snippet of incoming Fiverr messages is sent to your Telegram. This preview is not stored permanently on our servers.

• We do not collect your Fiverr password or login credentials.
• We do not store full message content permanently.
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of the Fiverr inbox page.
• We do not share or sell your data to any third parties.

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Detect new Fiverr inbox messages and forward them to your Telegram account.
• Enable reply-from-Telegram functionality.
• Maintain your connection between the Chrome extension and the Telegram bot.

Your Telegram Chat ID and Fiverr username are stored only for as long as you maintain an active connection. Message previews are not persisted after delivery.

To immediately disconnect and delete all associated data, send the command /disconnect to @FivAlertsBot on Telegram. This will unlink your account and remove all stored information from our system instantly.

FivAlerts uses Telegram's Bot API to deliver messages. By using FivAlerts, you also agree to Telegram's Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
