Terms of Service

By installing the FivAlerts Chrome extension, using the @FivAlertsBot Telegram bot, or visiting fivalerts.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FivAlerts is a Chrome browser extension that reads the Fiverr inbox page you have open and forwards message notifications to a connected Telegram account. It also enables the user to send replies to Fiverr clients via Telegram commands.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FivAlerts. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must also have a valid Fiverr account and a Telegram account in good standing.

You agree not to use FivAlerts to:

• Violate Fiverr's Terms of Service in any way.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass clients.
• Circumvent security measures on any platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without permission.
• Engage in any illegal activity.

FivAlerts is designed for passive inbox monitoring. Any misuse of the reply feature to send automated or bulk messages is strictly prohibited.

FivAlerts is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that use of this extension complies with Fiverr's Terms of Service at any given time. Fiverr's policies may change without notice. You use FivAlerts at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account suspension, penalty, or other action taken by Fiverr against you.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FivAlerts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by sending /disconnect to @FivAlertsBot, which will remove your data.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
